Return and refund policy

We do not accept returns, as each piece is custom-made and tailored specifically for you. The only exception is if the item is damaged upon arrival, in which case it should be returned within 5 days of the delivery date. Please note that minor variations may occur, as many of our pieces are hand-crafted.
